Refund policy

If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places an order for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took or takes possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over goods that can be shipped as a parcel to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods that can be shipped as a parcel before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary for the purpose of checking their condition, properties and functionality.
