Shipping Costs
All prices stated in our online shop are exclusive of statutory VAT.
Postage and shipping costs are as follows:
- Austria: EUR 52.00
- EU countries as a large parcel: EUR 139.00
- Switzerland: CHF 278.00
Special Information on International Shipping
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the total price shown. These costs are to be borne by the customer upon delivery and paid to the shipping partner.
Statutory VAT (Switzerland)
The statutory VAT of 8.1% will be collected directly by our shipping service provider (freight forwarder) upon delivery.
Delivery
- We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. If the goods are in stock, they will generally leave our premises within 5 working days. We are also entitled to make partial deliveries.
- The delivered items remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full (retention of title).
- If we are unable to deliver an ordered item at all or on time after conclusion of the purchase contract with you, even though we had concluded a corresponding purchase agreement with a supplier before entering into the contract with you, we are entitled to withdraw from our obligation to deliver. In this case, we are obliged to inform you immediately that the item is unavailable and to refund without delay any payment you may have made.
